In the rare incident that the wrong product has been delivered we will dispatch the correct product or if the original product is no longer required we will offer a full refund, upon receipt of the item that was delivered in error. It is the customers responsibility to check your order on receipt and any errors must be reported to [email protected] within 7 days receiving your order in order for any issue to be rectified. Please note that if the incorrect product is opened or used the product cannot be returned to us.
