By subscribing to Millies.ie’s Recharge - Subscribe & Save service, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before subscribing.

1. Overview of the Subscription Service

The Recharge - Subscribe & Save service allows you to set up automatic recurring orders for eligible products.

You will receive 10% off the regular price of the subscribed product for every recurring order.

Subscriptions are flexible—you can choose how often you’d like your products delivered.

You can manage, modify, or cancel your subscription at any time by contacting our customer service team.

2. Subscription Discount & Pricing

The 10% discount is exclusive to the subscription service and cannot be combined with other promotions, discount codes, or sale prices.

The subscription discount applies only to the product price and does not cover shipping fees, taxes, or additional charges.

Prices are subject to change based on brand pricing adjustments, VAT changes, or supplier costs. 

3. Subscription Management & Modifications

Customers can update their subscription frequency, delivery address, or payment method by contacting customer service.

Changes to subscription settings must be made at least 48 hours before the next scheduled order to take effect.

Any modifications to the subscription may affect pricing, availability, or applicable promotions.

4. Cancellations & Pausing Subscriptions

You can cancel your subscription at any time by reaching out to our customer service team.

Cancellations must be made before your next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the next order.

If an order has already been processed, cancellation will take effect for the following billing period.

Customers may also pause their subscription if they do not wish to receive their order for a certain period.

5. Payment & Billing

Subscription payments will be automatically charged to the payment method on file for each recurring order.

If a payment fails, you will receive a notification, and the subscription may be paused until the issue is resolved.

It is your responsibility to ensure that your payment details are up to date to avoid interruptions.

6. Product Availability & Substitutions

Subscription products are subject to availability. If a product is out of stock, we will notify you and offer an alternative or skip that delivery.

If a product is discontinued, your subscription will be automatically cancelled for that item.

7. Shipping & Delivery

Standard shipping rates and timelines apply to all subscription orders unless otherwise stated.

Changes to your shipping address must be updated before the next billing cycle to ensure correct delivery.

Millies.ie is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or other third-party logistics.

8. Returns & Refunds

Subscription orders follow the same return and refund policy as regular purchases.

Products must be unused, unopened, and returned within the designated return window to qualify for a refund.

9. Changes to Terms & Conditions

Millies.ie reserves the right to modify these terms at any time.

Any changes will be communicated via email or updated on our website.
